Join our dynamic team at WIS / Channel 10, the Gray owned NBC affiliate in Columbia, SC, as a Digital Sales Assistant. This integral role collaborates strategically with the sales staff & leadership, focusing on growing our digital client base while monitoring digital campaign performance and contributing to the development of cutting-edge integrated marketing campaigns.

We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of digital marketing, including proficiency in social media, audience targeting, mobile, SEM, SEO, Streaming TV & video marketing strategies.  This position reports directly to the Sales Management team.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop & Canva.
·         Functional knowledge of GA4 and Digital reporting   Helpful but not required: Wide Orbit Traffic, Google Ad Manager & CRM experience.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

Digital Order Entry: Accurate and efficient digital order entry.
Creative: Basic Creative Skills. Request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling on all campaigns.
Campaign Execution: Execute campaigns and contribute to creative development for all digital advertising.
Campaign Startup: Assist in the startup process for digital campaigns by providing research and actively participating in onboarding.
Campaign Monitoring: Monitor digital campaigns’ pacing and effectiveness to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and contribute to retaining/growing digital revenue. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly or annual business reviews and be able to be customer facing with client to review findings.
Inventory Management: Manage and communicate inventory sell-through percentages and avails to staff.
Client Liaison: Act as a liaison with prospects and clients.
Billing Reconciliation: Reconcile and audit billing.
Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with Account Executives & Leadership Team.
Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Leadership team.
